Tax Refund!

Now now now... guaranteed 200 days of sunshine during the year. That's why we pay those ridiculous California taxes!! But it's f****ng May 8th, and it's still f****ng raining!! And I don't care whether El Nino is to be blamed, I'm writing to the Governator and ask for a freaking tax refund!!
